There was a period in high school where I was obsessed with old, Japanese Samurai movies, and Zatoichi is the king! He's a humble, seemingly innocent, blind, gambling bad ass! I think this is the longest scene I've posted, but I couldn't bring myself to shorten it because the build up is the best part. The fight scene itself is quick, but it's very well choreographed for a sword fight in a low-budget movie from 1967. No CGI. No quick-cut scenes. Just pure skill.
