This seminar is a MUST to attend! Learn the basics of defending against a wide range of threats. Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Ages 12 and up.  

Sepi Melamed is a 3rd degree black belt in Krav Maga, a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and an IBJJF Masters world champ. She is also a "Train the Trainer" with Krav Maga Alliance, and is responsible for training and developing instructors throughout the US.
